Forgotten password

If you have forgotten your password, you can request to reset your password.

1. On the log-in page, click “Forgot?”
2. Type in the email address which you used to create your account.
3. Check your email for a password reset link. It may be in your spam/junk folder
4. Make your new password.

Maths question was wrong

If you entered your username and password correctly and answered the maths question correctly but you still cannot log in, try these steps:

1. Make sure you are not also logged into your school website or using your school laptop.
2. Before typing in your maths answer, press the backspace and delete button on your keyboard a few times to make sure there are no hidden spaces.
3. Try to use Private Mode or Incognito Mode to log in. This can be activated by pressing Ctrl + Shift + N on your keyboard (or Shift + Command + N on a Mac).

If those do not work, then please use the following steps:

1. Try to log in.
2. When you get the “maths question is wrong” error, press the Back button on your browser.
3. You will now be at the log in page. Click the Refresh button (or press F5 on your keyboard).
4. Now try to log in and answer the maths question again.

At the top menu, go to Courses.

Click on the Homework course.

Click on the blue “Enroll now” button.

Scroll down to Course Content, there are different topics. Click on the topic to show all the homework.

If it is still not there, that means your homework has not been added yet. Please check back on Saturday.

If you cannot open the homework (it has a locked icon), please follow these steps:

1. Make sure you are logged in. Click here to log in.
2. Enrol in the Homework course. Click on the blue button to enrol.

You must be enrolled in the course to do the homework.

Yes, you can now save your homework to complete at a later time.

1. Each question will have the “Save” option. Select the save option to save your quiz.

2. Wait while the save is in progress. Do not close the window or disconnect from the internet otherwise your homework may not be saved properly.

3. Once you get the message your data has been successfully saved, you can now close your window. You may still get a pop up that tells you unsaved changes will be lost, but you can ignore it.

4. When you are ready to continue your quiz, go back to your quiz. You should now see a “Resume” button. Clicking the Resume button will load your previously saved quiz.

WARNING: If you click on the “Start” button, you will lose all saved progress. You will NOT be asked to confirm, you will automatically start a new quiz.

5. When you have completed your homework, remember to submit your quiz at the end by clicking the “See Result” button, not the “Save” button.
